Highball Green15 Mule

Using a blend of three gingers from Nigeria, Cochin in India and Ivory Coast, Fever-Tree created an award-winning non-alcoholic ginger beer that has been acclaimed by gastronomes and critics alike. Not too sweet on the palate and with a deep, lingering ginger character, this Fever-Tree goes perfectly with Green15 to give it extra punch of fresh ginger flavour without being too sweet. The Fever-Tree Ginger Beer makes a highball with Green15 more savoury, so to speak, taking away the sweet notes slightly, giving a unique finish with a warm feeling at the back of the throat.

Three varieties of ginger with complementary yet distinct flavour profiles. From Cochin in India the ginger with a warm and spicy flavour. From Ivory Coast the green ginger with a lemongrass-like freshness. Nigerian ginger gives the blend a deep, intense flavour.
